Head Financial Planning and Analyst will be responsible for understanding the dynamics of business and providing data, analytics (financial, business and industry), competitor intelligence and key metrics as per the changing market scenario for strategic decision making. The incumbent will also be responsible for preparation, management and execution of the Business planning process and its monitoring against actual performanceKPI's:Business Intelligence & Market Analysis - Understanding the dynamics of mutual fund and Alternate asset (Portfolio Management, Real Estate and Offshore) business and providing data, analytics (financial, business and industry), competitor intelligence and key metrics as per the changing market scenario for strategic decision making. Business Planning & Forecasting - Preparation, management and execution of the Business planning and forecasting process including Budgeting AUM, Market share, Revenue and expenses and more importantly planning capex requirement for company and its alternate asset business Investor Relations - Preparation of Investor related deck for the quarterly earning calls and meetings with investors.
Digitisation and AutomationStakeholder & Team ManagementPreferably C.A. with 15 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis from Asset Management Companies
