Job Title: Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Expert

At our organization, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) expert to join our Corporate MIS department. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and approving annual business plans, as well as conducting monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.

The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background and excellent analytical skills, with the ability to identify and analyze variances between actual and budgeted numbers. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as the role requires active participation in developing and improving company budgets and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and approval of annual business plan
  • Monthly/Quarterly/Annual closing of financial books
  • Analysis and identification of reasons for variance between actual and budgeted numbers
  • Preparation of financial analysis and presentations for top management review
  • Ensuring timely submission of deliverables to stakeholders
  • Development and improvement of company budgets and reports
  • Active participation in cross-functional teams

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in FP&A or related field
  • Strong accounting knowledge and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Access
