Financial Planning and Analysis Expert

About the Role:
As a key member of our financial team, you will play a vital role in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.

You will monitor and analyze financial performance against key performance indicators, ensuring compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements related to taxation, accounting standards, and financial reporting.

Your expertise will also be essential in preparing and submitting necessary documentation for audits and assessments.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Planning and Analysis
    Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
    Monitor and analyze financial performance against key performance indicators.
    Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements related to taxation, accounting standards, and financial reporting.
    Prepare and submit necessary documentation for audits and assessments.
2. Bookkeeping and Accounting
    Oversee day-to-day accounting activities, including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliations.
    Oversee and file various tax returns, including GST, income tax, and any other applicable taxes.
    Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations and implement necessary adjustments.
    Comply with regulations related to FEMA and FDI investment.
3. Financial Reporting
    Coordinate with the agency for timely and accurate financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
    Work closely with other departments to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
    Experience in preparing Financial Statements and conducting Financial Reporting
    Excellent Analytical Skills and ability to perform Financial Analysis
    Knowledge of Finance and Goods and Services Tax (GST) compliance
    Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
    CPA or relevant certification preferred
