Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Relationship Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying business opportunities, and delivering customized banking solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coverage of clients with revenues up to Rs. 2000 Crs
- Ownership of business development (New Client acquisition) as per agreed plans
- Initiate, manage & deepen client engagement; Build relationships at Promoter/CFO levels
- Ensure delivery of banking solutions in collaboration with other parts of the bank; Cross Sell Bank products
- Maintain / enhance credit quality in the portfolio managed; Zero NPAs
- Franchise & brand building activities
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients. They will also have a solid understanding of financial markets and instruments, as well as experience in relationship management.
