Job Title: Business Development Manager
">- Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and onboard new partners in designated areas to boost business growth.
- Strengthen relationships with existing partners to ensure continuous revenue generation.
- Provide product knowledge, documentation, compliance, and process training to partners.
- Drive loan sales through partner networks across Home Loans, LAP, Personal Loans, and other products.
- Ensure high-quality file sourcing and adherence to company policies and KYC norms.
- Monitor partner performance and offer regular feedback for improvement.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams for seamless file processing and disbursal.
- Meet assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
- Resolve partner issues and maintain high satisfaction levels across the partner network.
- Track market trends and competitor activities to maintain competitive positioning.
Requirements:
">- Essential Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate degree in any discipline (MBA/PG in Sales/Finance preferred)
- Experience: Minimum 2–6 years in channel sales within banking or NBFCs
- Sound knowledge of loan products – Home Loan, LAP, Business Loan, Personal Loan
- Strong understanding of partner operations, documentation, and regulatory guidelines
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple partners simultaneously
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
