About the Role
The Strategic Partner Development Lead is responsible for identifying and developing key relationships with partners to drive growth and enhance our working capital finance solutions. This role requires a unique blend of business acumen, partner management, and financial expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential partners to expand our working capital finance ecosystem
- Build and maintain long-term strategic partnerships
- Develop and implement strategies to acquire new partners
- Foster and grow existing partner relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand client needs and develop tailored working capital solutions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field required; an MBA or relevant advanced degree a plus
- At least 7 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or financial services, with a focus on working capital finance solutions
- Strong understanding of working capital finance products and financial regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills essential for building successful partnerships
