Tech Recruitment Specialist
About the Role:This position is responsible for supporting end-to-end tech recruitment and ensuring smooth HR operations. You will partner with hiring managers to understand their technical requirements, source, screen, and schedule interviews for tech roles, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar HR role, preferably with exposure to tech recruitment. They must have a strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, high attention to detail, and organizational abilities. Additionally, they should be proficient in HRIS and other HR-related software.
This role requires a proactive and adaptable mindset, ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Talent Sourcing: Partner with hiring managers to understand their technical requirements and create job descriptions.
- Candidate Management: Source, screen, and schedule interviews for tech roles, including software engineers, data scientists, and product managers.
- Recruitment Strategy: Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to attract top tech talent.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and engaging experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Onboarding & Induction: Oversee the entire onboarding process for new hires, including pre-joining formalities, documentation, background checks, and the induction program.
- Leave & Attendance Management: Manage the leave and attendance system, process leave requests, and maintain accurate employee records.
- Employee Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries related to compensation, leaves, salary deductions, and other HR-related matters.
- Data Management: Maintain and update employee information in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) with a high degree of accuracy.
- Compliance: Assist in ensuring all HR processes and records comply with company policies and legal requirements.
