Job Title: Civil Engineering Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and experienced civil engineer to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of civil engineering roles, excellent sourcing and screening skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The selected individual will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for civil engineering positions across India.

  • Sourcing candidates through various channels including job boards, professional networks, and referrals.
  • Screening and shortlisting candidates based on their qualifications, experience, and fit for the role.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably for engineering roles.
  • Excellent knowledge of civil engineering job roles, skills, and terminologies.

Preferred:

  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
