Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in full recruitment cycle for Non Tech, tech and product roles, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Collaborate with senior recruiters to understand role requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
  • Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify potential candidates.
  • Conduct initial candidate outreach and schedule interviews.
  • Support maintenance of recruitment databases and generate reports.
  • Participate in weekly training sessions and workshops focused on enhancing recruitment skills.
