
Regional Business Growth Specialist

The Regional Demand Generation Manager plays a pivotal role in effectively driving demand generation, thereby contributing to inventory liquidation as per business objectives and commercialization of new products.
Key Responsibilities:- Product Stewardship: Serve as a vigilant safeguard against counterfeits and product stewardship within the region. Conduct comprehensive training sessions for the entire team on company product stewardship principles. Spearhead ACC measures in the region and provide periodic updates on stewardship issues with leadership.
- Strategic Planning: Develop an actionable strategy crop-wise, product-wise, and geography-wise in alignment with business plans. Responsible for developing and executing territory-wise market development plans for the year in consultation with concerned Sales Leads.
- DG Activity: Design and implement key strategies for efficient liquidation and be accountable for achievement of liquidation targets as per business plans. Plan and execute marketing programs in the territory and drive participation in core DG activities like Mega Farmer Meetings, Harvest Days, and Trade Meetings in target markets.
- Key Influencer Management: Establish strong relationships with scientists, officials of Ag Universities, Research stations, Sugar mills, and Ag Department. Foster engagement of channel in all core market development activities.
- Technology Enablers: Ensure seamless implementation of digital tools like Metamorph, ELMS, DCAP, Laser Farm, and Market Intelligence.
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Agriculture or related field.
- 10 years' experience in agrochemicals and crop protection.
- Proven experience in Field Crops, crop management techniques, understanding of agronomy, and modern crop production.
- Strong communication skills in English and local language.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, objection management skill, problem-solving ability, and commercial acumen.
