The Role:

  • Drive long-term partnerships for all stakeholders through escalation management and relationship building.
  • Translate client briefs into compelling branded content solutions in collaboration with other teams.
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign management to ensure value delivery and customer retention through cross-selling and upselling.
  • Bring strong storytelling skills—both in crafting compelling narratives and in pitching them effectively to clients.
  • Understand the digital ecosystem and keep abreast with industry analytics and trends.
  • Maximise revenue potential with clients/agencies, leverage relationships to secure market intelligence for curated experiential or activations for brands.

Qualifications:

  • MBA with 8+ years of experience in media agency / consumer internet industry
  • Preferred Experience: Worked with agencies
