Job Title: Area Business Development Manager

This role involves managing the sales and business development activities across multiple locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, building relationships with key stakeholders, and leading a team of Relationship Managers.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute business strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with DSA channel partners and other key stakeholders.
  3. Lead and motivate a team of Relationship Managers to achieve sales targets and deliver high-quality service.
  4. Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and alignment.
  6. Responsible for recruitment, training, and conducting sales activities to track daily performance.
