Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Area Sales Manager based in Lucknow. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, presenting product solutions, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires travel within the assigned area and some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience in the design, architecture, or metal fabrication industry
  • Strong understanding of the sales process, including prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Experience with Schueco sliding doors, windows, facades, or aluminum glazing and woodwork is a plus
  • Ability to travel within the assigned area and work from home as needed
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
