Administrative Support Professional for Senior Leadership

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Professional to join our senior leadership team at Naini Papers. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
This role involves acting as a liaison between our senior leaders, internal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, arranging travel, preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations, coordinating special projects, and serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
The successful candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in administrative roles within manufacturing or related industries. They will possess strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars and schedules for senior leaders
- Schedule meetings and arrange travel
- Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate and support special projects and initiatives
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Assist in organizing events, meetings, and conferences
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as an executive assistant or in a senior administrative role
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Content writing skills
Compensation and Benefits:
