We are seeking a proactive and dedicated HR Associate with 3-5 years of experience to support the HR department in various functions, including recruitment, performance management, HR operations and data analytics. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a solid understanding of HR best practices, and a passion for creating a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, interviewing, onboarding).- Maintain employee records and ensure HRIS systems are up-to-date.- Support the performance management process, including appraisals and feedback systems.- Handle employee queries related to policies, benefits, and day-to-day HR operations.- Coordinate training and development programs for employees.- Assist in employee engagement activities and help maintain a positive organizational culture.- Track key HR metrics and keep the HR data dashboard up-to-date.- Support the HR Manager in implementing HR policies and strategies.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- 3-5 years of experience in an HR or administrative role.- Knowledge of HR software (HRIS, payroll systems, etc.) and MS Office Suite.- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.- Good understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
