Human Resources Business Partner

We are seeking a proactive and dedicated HR professional to support our HR department in various functions, including recruitment, performance management, HR operations, and data analytics. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a solid understanding of HR best practices, and a passion for creating a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, interviewing, onboarding) by coordinating with hiring managers, advertising job openings, and evaluating candidate applications.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records using HRIS systems, ensuring that all necessary information is available at all times.
- Support the performance management process by coordinating appraisals and feedback systems, analyzing employee performance data, and providing recommendations for improvement.
- Handle employee queries related to policies, benefits, and day-to-day HR operations, providing timely and effective resolutions.
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees, identifying areas for improvement and recommending relevant courses or workshops.
- Assist in employee engagement activities, helping to maintain a positive organizational culture and promoting teamwork and collaboration.
- Track key HR metrics and keep the HR data dashboard up-to-date, analyzing trends and making recommendations for improvement.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in an HR or administrative role, with a proven track record of success.
- Knowledge of HR software (HRIS, payroll systems, etc.) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- A good understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
