Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dry End Shift In-charge to lead our PM#3 operations team in Kashipur, Uttarakhand. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our paper-making process and delivering high-quality products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Production Management: Oversee the production process to ensure efficient and effective operation, monitor and control production parameters to achieve desired quality and quantity, and ensure production targets are met within specified time frame.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of quality for end product, implement and monitor quality control procedures, and address any quality issues promptly and effectively.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage shift team independently, assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, provide guidance and support to enhance performance, and communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues that arise during production process, implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence, and ensure minimal downtime and continuous production flow.
  • Communication and Coordination: Prepare and present reports on production performance and issues, coordinate with maintenance and other support teams to ensure smooth operations, and stay updated with latest advancements in paper-making technology and processes.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, promote safe working environment, conduct regular safety audits, and address any safety concerns promptly and effectively.

Skills Required:

  • Strong technical knowledge of paper-making processes and machinery.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective leadership and team management abilities.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Estimated Salary: ₹25 lakhs - ₹35 lakhs per annum
