Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Papermaking Process Expert to join our team at Naini Papers in Kashipur, Uttarakhand.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the production process to ensure efficient and effective operation of paper-making machines with online coating facilities.
  • Maintain high standards of quality for the end product by implementing and monitoring quality control procedures.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues that arise during the production process, ensuring minimal downtime and maintaining continuous production flow.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Diploma in Pulp & Paper or Chemical Engineering.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience working on paper or paper board machines with online coating facilities.
  • Strong technical knowledge of paper-making processes and machinery, excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
