We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as freelance Life / Health insurance advisors. We welcome IRDA-licensed professionals and aspiring advisors willing to obtain their license. Job Responsibilities:

- Provide expert insurance advice and recommendations to clients
- Analyze clients' insurance needs and develop customized coverage plans
- Explain policy features, benefits, and terms to prospects and clients
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, and lead generation
- Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product offerings
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals

Qualifications:

- IRDA license (IC 38 certification) or willingness to obtain one within [specify timeframe]
- Minimum educational qualification: 12th pass for urban areas, 10th pass for rural areas
- Strong interest in insurance and financial services
