About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Banking Relationship Manager to join our team at Quotient Consultancy in Mumbai. As a key member of our business banking team, you will be responsible for acquiring new asset relationships and managing a portfolio of 30-40 Business Banking Group (BBG) customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acquire new BBG customers through various channels and maintain a strong relationship with existing clients to provide quality service.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve overall business targets on volumes and profitability for BBG customers.
  • Regularly interact with branches for lead generation, updates on leads in CRM, and ensure conversions following the complete lead conversion process.
  • Maintain accurate records of client calls, follow up tasks, and assign responsibilities to other departments as needed.
  • Collaborate with product groups and supervisors to review performance, identify areas for improvement, and ensure better product penetration.
  • Ensure timely documentation, post-disbursement sign-off from customers, and deferral closure.
  • Cross-sell liabilities, corporate salary accounts, asset products, and TPP to existing relationships and their group accounts.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Working Capital Sales and Service portfolio in a Private Sector Bank.
  • Strong understanding of business banking products and services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Salary and Benefits
