Senior Business Development Manager

About the Role:
As a Senior Business Development Manager at IDFC FIRST Bank, you will play a crucial role in driving financial solutions for our business banking customers. Your primary objective will be to provide best-in-class relationship management and customer experience, making us their preferred banking partner.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Acquire new customers for business banking with a thorough understanding of credit assessment and risk management.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, leveraging your knowledge of liability, Forex, trade, and client relationships.
Effectively manage portfolios through continuous monitoring, ensuring timely renewals, retention, and portfolio hygiene.
Collaborate with product and operations teams to drive customer acquisition, servicing, and deepening initiatives.
Evaluate growth strategies based on competitor analysis and feedback from diverse channels and customers.
Recommend process improvements to enhance service efficiency and quality across the branch network.
Develop sales plans and conceptualize promotions and marketing initiatives to drive business growth.
Requirements:
5-10 years of relevant branch banking experience.
Graduation in any field.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate financial statements, credit assessments, and title-security documents.
