**Job Title:** Senior Business Development Executive

**Job Role:**

The Senior Business Development Executive plays a pivotal role in driving sales growth by setting up meetings with corporate Admin, marketing, and procurement departments. This individual is responsible for generating sales from the company's online portal, while also developing selling skills and business knowledge to progress into a business development manager.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Data sourcing and management.

* Contacting potential clients and setting up meetings and appointments.

* Handling online portals to generate sales and appointments with potential clients.

* Developing selling skills and business knowledge to grow into a business development manager.

**Key Activities:**

* Sourcing accurate contact details from online sources, including LinkedIn and Google search, for decision-makers in corporate companies from Admin, marketing, and procurement departments.

* Maintaining a database of contacts on the internal organization template.

* Spending a minimum of 30 connected calls per day with decision-makers to secure meetings for the sales manager and attempt to close orders.

* Deeply analyzing the company's individual portal to identify relevant leads, call, message, and follow up until they convert into orders.

**Requirements:**

* 4+ years of experience in a similar role.

* Strong understanding of sales process, negotiation, and communication.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
