Job Description:

A Technical Support Specialist is responsible for delivering timely and high-quality incident resolution, focusing on root cause analysis, prevention, and knowledge transfer.

They work closely with customers and internal teams to resolve support incidents and contribute to the internal knowledge base.

The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for technology.

Strong organizational and time management skills are also essential for success in this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in product support interacting with English-speaking customers
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Problem-solving skills and good troubleshooting acumen
  • Ability to work in high visibility, high-pressure scenarios
  • Familiarity with ticketing and tech support platforms such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, and Salesforce
Technical Requirements:
  • Javascript, HTML5, CSS3, JQuery
  • Node.js/ Python/ PHP/ JAVA
  • Working knowledge of SQL queries
  • Mongo, Postgresql, or any other NoSQL DB knowledge
  • Grunt, Bower, and Git
  • Basic networking concepts
  • Basic Linux terminal commands
  • Knowledge of various HTTP headers, cookies, web APIs, web servers, and SSL
