Job Overview:

The Assistant Manager/Manager Outreach role involves developing and executing strategies to build relationships with prospective students and key influencers across the country.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To foster strong connections, develop targeted outreach plans to engage with prospective students and crucial partners such as coaching heads, tuition center leaders, school counselors, principals, and teachers.
  • Deliver informative presentations and interactive sessions at multiple schools nationwide.
  • Strengthen relationships with coaching networks in North India to expand reach and drive conversions.
  • Organize and participate in events like principal meets, open houses, and career fairs.
Required Profile & Skill Set:
  • Demonstrate exceptional relationship-building skills.
  • Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Display persistence and diligence.
  • Show willingness to travel.
Eligibility Criteria:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of 8-14 years of experience within the education sector.
Remuneration Package:

The compensation package will be based on years of experience and current drawn salary, ranging from ₹7 LPA to ₹12 LPA.
