Our organization is seeking a highly skilled professional to develop and execute outreach strategies across multiple states, manage admissions processes, and build strong relationships with potential clients. This role requires expertise in driving student enrolments, building strategic partnerships, and leading outreach initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies to engage school recruitment agencies, admission agents, principals & counsellors.
  • Establish long-term partnerships for sustained student enrolments.
  • Drive high-volume student enrolments using established contacts.
Requirements:
  • 7-12 years of experience in education outreach, admissions, or B2B school/student recruitment.
  • A well-established network with local agents, school admission counsellors, and recruitment agencies in Bihar, Jharkhand, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Jammu & Kashmir, Gujarat or Madhya Pradesh.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
