Outreach Manager MBA & PGDM Admissions (Bihar/Patna/West Bengal)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and highly connected Outreach Manager to lead and execute admission outreach strategies for our MBA and PGDM programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong and active network with colleges, universities, coaching centers, and career counsellors across North India. The role is target-based and demands excellent communication, networking, and relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement outreach strategies to drive student admissions for MBA/PGDM programs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with feeder institutions including graduation colleges, coaching institutes, universities, and career counselors.
  • Conduct and manage outreach events such as seminars, workshops, webinars, and admission fairs.
  • Represent the institution at educational events, college fairs, and other relevant forums in North India.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach activities with digital and offline campaigns.
  • Generate and convert high-quality leads in alignment with monthly and annual admission targets.
  • Track outreach performance, maintain MIS reports, and provide timely updates to management.
  • Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure smooth candidate counseling and onboarding.

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in admissions, outreach, or business development within the education sector.
  • Strong existing network with undergraduate colleges, coaching institutes, and universities across North India.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding admissions/enrollment targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, travel extensively, and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and reporting software is a plus.

Compensation:

  • Salary as per industry standards, with a performance-based incentive structure tied to admission targets.

  • Comfortable using CRM and reporting tools (preferred but not mandatory).
