Job Title

We are seeking a professional to fill the role of Outreach Manager. This position involves developing strategies to build relationships with prospective students for all UG/PG programs with schools. The ideal candidate will have strong relationship development skills, a reach in coaching networks in North India, and excellent communication skills.

About the Role

The Outreach Manager will be responsible for:

  • Developing outreach strategies to build relationships with prospective students for all UG/PG programs with schools.
  • Maximizing visibility and improving connectivity with key influencers like coaching heads, tuition center heads, school counselors, principals, and teachers.
  • Leading relationship development initiatives across North India for the School Connect program with the aim of improving student inflow from these coaching and schools.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 8-14 years of experience in the education industry.
Benefits

This role offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of 7 LPA to 12 LPA. Preference will be given to candidates who are available to join immediately.
