Job Title: Procurement Strategist

In our quest for operational excellence, we seek a skilled Procurement Strategist to spearhead the procurement process for mechanical, electrical, civil, and services contracts related to AMC, shutdown, civil, and mechanical projects. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive cost reduction, improve efficiency, and enhance contract management within the energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Finalize various AMC contracts pertaining to Electrical/Mechanical/Civil for the Energy Sector. Source and procure related spares efficiently.
  • Achieve Cost Reduction and Timelines by effectively procuring spares related to Renewable business in the Energy Sector.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely placement of Service Orders and Supply Orders.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors and internal teams.
  • Ensure Operational Excellence through efficient contract management and vendor development.
  • Regularly review and analyze procurement activities to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management, Procurement, Contract Management, and AMC.
  • Proven track record of driving cost reduction and improving operational efficiency.
