As a Bid & Proposal Manager, you will play a pivotal role in securing high-value contracts by researching, strategizing, and crafting compelling proposals that showcase our expertise and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end bid process from opportunity identification through to final submission, ensuring compliance with all RFP/RFI/Tender requirements.
  • Conduct research to identify new business opportunities and develop impactful strategies for success.
  • Develop winning proposals that clearly articulate our value proposition, business impact, and creative capabilities.
  • Collaborate with global teams including creative, client services, production, and technology to align solutions with client needs.
  • Implement AI-driven tools to enhance research tasks and day-to-day operations.
  • Craft impactful case studies, storytelling decks, and draft proposals that resonate with senior decision-makers.
  • Maintain a library of high-quality case studies, credentials, and proposal assets to accelerate future bids.
  • Ensure bid governance, quality assurance, and adherence to brand standards.
  • Track bid performance metrics, analyse win/loss trends, and refine strategies for continuous improvement.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • 8+ years in bid management, proposal writing, or business development within creative agencies, marketing services, or integrated communications.
  • Proven success in winning large-scale, multi-market contracts.
  • Exceptional storytelling, content writing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with AI, automation tools, MS Office Suite, and familiarity with agency workflows.
  • Understanding of marketing delivery channels (digital, content, social, video production, tech-enabled marketing).
  • Experience with procurement portals like Coupa, Ariba, TPM etc.
