
Creative Strategist Intern

It takes an Omni Channel approach to diversify online and offline channels and optimizes sales strategies for expansion and growth. Our services include diversifying brand presence, boosting sales via Omni Channel approach, optimizing sales strategies, helping businesses reduce marketing and sales expenses, and effectively positioning their products for target customers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Ideation & Strategy
- Collaborate with performance marketing, GTM operations, and brand teams to lead end-to-end creative ideation.
- Conceptualize campaign ideas that align with marketing objectives, revenue goals, and brand positioning.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and cultural conversations to ensure campaigns remain fresh, relevant, and impactful.
2. Creative Development & Delivery
- Oversee the creation of all creative assets from briefing, scripting, and production to editing and rollout across platforms.
- Ensure creatives are not only visually appealing but also tailored for performance marketing, driving engagement, conversions, and recall.
- Provide strong creative references, moodboards, and visual directions to guide designers, editors, and production teams.
3. Performance Marketing Creatives
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and craft creatives optimized for these platforms.
- Translate data insights into high-performing ad properties (videos, statics, carousels, reels) that resonate with the target audience.
- Continuously analyze and improve creative performance using metrics such as CTR, CPC, and ROAS.
4. Design & Creative Direction
- Possess a strong sense of design and aesthetics, ensuring creatives are brand-consistent and performance-driven.
- Contribute original ideas for ad creatives, reels, and brand campaigns rather than relying only on references.
- Ensure that every creative is adapted to the specific needs of the brand balancing brand identity with performance goals.
5. Brand Content & Influencer Partnerships
- Drive content strategy on platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and emerging channels.
- Collaborate with influencers to co-create engaging, performance-oriented content.
- Manage influencer partnerships end-to-end, from identifying the right fit to campaign execution and measurement.
6. Creative Analytics & Optimization
- Own the analysis and reporting of creative performance across campaigns.
- Use insights to test, optimize, and scale creative approaches.
- Bring a data-backed creative mindset, balancing intuition with measurable outcomes.
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong knowledge of Meta platforms and best practices for ad creatives.
- Keen eye for design, aesthetics, and storytelling.
- Stays updated with industry trends and emerging creative formats.
- Ability to provide world-class creative references while contributing unique, original ideas.
- Strong understanding of how to balance brand-building and performance marketing in every creative output.
Qualifications:
- 3+ months of internship experience as a Creative Strategist, agencies and D2C brands experience is preferable.
- Managing and collaborating with graphic designers and video editors.
- A passion for consuming content and generating out-of-the-box creative ideas on the go.
- Ability to solve creative problems using strong data-driven insights.
- A consistent track record of developing and maintaining relationships with creative, production, and influencer agencies.
- Demonstrated ability to take high ownership of projects and willingness to execute hands-on when needed.
- Experience building your own social media following on YouTube or Instagram is a plus
