Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Channel Sales Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase walk-ins, order bookings, and sales revenue targets.
The Channel Sales Strategist will play a critical role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and driving sales growth through effective channel management.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Sales Value (Rs. Cr) and Volume achievement (Units) as per target
- Achieving Targeted Speed of Sales (Units Booked per month) from assigned channels
- Increase in efficiency levels of closing / walk-in at respective sites
- To create and develop various new channels for increasing width and depth of channel distribution pipeline
- Achieve sales targets through efficient channel management
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to identify new business opportunities
- Graduate/ Post-Graduation in Marketing & Sales with 8-10 years of Real Estate industry exposure
- Excellent Communication skills and a proactive attitude
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales target through a network of Channel Partners
