Chief of Staff

We are seeking an exceptional business leader to join our team as a Chief of Staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business, sales, and operations, with experience in early stage startups.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys collaborating across functions. As a true business generalist, you will work closely with our CEO on cross-functional initiatives, solving high-impact problems that don't have clear owners.

  • Solve complex, cross-functional problems that require clarity, execution, and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Sales to maximize revenue through funnel leakage identification, pricing/packaging strategies, and process improvement.
  • Work with Customer Success to drive critical KPIs such as trial conversions, onboarding health, retention, and churn.
Key Responsibilities
  • Own and drive key partnerships, ensuring seamless coordination across teams and timely execution.
  • Lead company-wide initiatives in collaboration with HR, improving onboarding processes and driving org health projects.
  • Support strategic hiring efforts, from workforce planning to closing key roles.
  • Drive revenue and capacity planning, aligning resources and targets with the CEO and team leads.
  • Design and maintain key business metrics and dashboards for data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in early stage startups on the business side.
  • Passion for business and sales, with a willingness to roll up your sleeves to get things done.
  • Able to context-switch between domains without losing depth.
  • Comfortable with startup imperfections and able to operate in disorder.
  • High agency and adaptability to drive results.
