Job Opportunity in Structured Finance

This is a challenging role that involves building and maintaining business relationships with key clients in the structured finance space.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Originate and acquire new client relationships to drive revenue growth.
  • Work closely with industry partners in the structured finance sector to identify opportunities and develop strategic solutions.
  • Manage the end-to-end deal process including business analysis, structuring, drafting term sheets, and leading negotiations.
  • Collaborate with credit teams to draft detailed credit reports and drive the credit approval process.
  • Coordinate with operations teams for seamless execution and disbursement.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth deal closure.
