Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner to spearhead strategic initiatives and drive operational excellence.

This key role will partner with senior management to develop and execute people strategies that align with overall business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, as well as analytical prowess and the ability to work comfortably with data and analytics.

The selected individual will be responsible for designing, benchmarking, and implementing compensation and benefits strategies across levels and functions, ensuring reward programs are compliant, consistent, and aligned with company values and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance employee engagement, retention, and succession planning.
  • Collaborate with external consultants and internal stakeholders to design, benchmark, and implement compensation and benefits strategies.
  • Drive performance appraisal cycles and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with proven exposure to both HRBP and Compensation & Benefits.
  • Strong experience in partnering with business leaders, preferably in high growth or fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • MBA/PGDM from a top-tier B-school.
