Job Overview:

We seek a seasoned professional to fill the role of HR Business Partner. This dynamic position will support business teams in executing core HR processes, ensuring seamless operations, and contributing to a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Align HR practices with operational needs, guaranteeing consistent implementation of HR policies and processes across various departments.
  • Coordinate comprehensive onboarding programs to integrate new hires into the organization, fostering a culture of inclusivity and teamwork.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and grievances; resolve issues promptly and within compliance guidelines.
  • Collaborate with managers to develop performance management strategies, providing timely feedback, goal setting, and development plans that promote growth and excellence.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR dashboards, utilizing data insights to monitor key people metrics like attrition, engagement, and productivity.
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and cultivate a collaborative workplace culture that encourages open communication and mutual respect.
  • Support organizational change efforts, ensuring clear communication and employee alignment during transitions.
  • Collaborate with the central HR team on key projects including compliance, audits, learning, and talent reviews.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • 3-7 years of experience in generalist or HRBP support roles with exposure to core HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field from a reputable institution.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and manage relationships across levels.
  • Experience in managing employee relations, inductions, and supporting performance processes.
  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities with attention to detail and process adherence.
  • Proficiency in HRMS tools, Excel, and reporting dashboards is preferred.
  • A self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
