HR Business Partner - India Operations
Job Description:We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled HR Business Partner to join our team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to the Indian operations, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, and driving business growth through effective talent management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Provide expert advice on HR-related matters to senior management and other stakeholders
- Manage recruitment and selection processes for India-based roles
- Implement employee engagement initiatives and programs
- Conduct performance management and coaching sessions
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 8-13 years of experience in HR, preferably in a global company
- Strong expertise in recruitment, talent management, and employee engagement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English and proficiency in MS Office and HR software
