Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our recruitment efforts for mid-level roles across wealth and equity markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire hiring process from sourcing, screening, and interviewing to offer roll-out and onboarding.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in PCG Sales, Wealth Hiring, Bank Sales Hiring, or Broking mid-level recruitment, with strong domain knowledge of equity market hiring. A background in Recruiter, Naukri, and other hiring platforms is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Management: Source candidates via job portals, headhunting, and campus hiring, and manage the recruitment tracker for leadership review.
  • Hiring Support: Assist business heads and hiring managers in understanding manpower needs, designing effective hiring plans, and conducting HR rounds.
  • Candidate Engagement: Drive salary negotiations, offer roll-outs, and smooth onboarding to ensure seamless transitions.
  • Talent Mapping: Develop succession planning and pipeline building strategies for critical positions.

Requirements:

  • Education: MBA / Graduate degree with 5-8 years of recruitment experience.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English, Kannada (compulsory), and Hindi (preferred).
  • Skillset: Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, with hands-on experience in Recruiter, Naukri, and other hiring platforms.
