The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of successfully sourcing quality resumes through various channels, interacting with candidates, and coordinating with clients and internal teams. Your focus will be on efficiently managing multiple requirements simultaneously, providing qualitative candidates within agreed-upon time frames, and facilitating post-interview coordination.

  • Source quality resumes through headhunting, job portals, and professional networks
  • Handle the full recruitment life cycle, from initial contact to candidate onboarding
  • Manage multiple requirements simultaneously and coordinate with clients and internal teams
  • Provide qualitative candidates within agreed-upon time frames
  • Lining up shortlisted candidates for interviews and facilitating post-interview coordination
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in a lead or manager role
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results and meeting client expectations
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
