Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

">About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers across various locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pre-sales Operations

You will be responsible for conducting demos, roadshows, and site inspections to ensure smooth sales operations.

Installation and Configuration

You will install, configure, and troubleshoot Konica Minolta Production printers along with related software and hardware.

Maintenance and Troubleshooting

You will maintain required site kits to minimize downtime of machines and perform troubleshooting tasks as needed.

Operator Training

You will provide key operator training to users to ensure they can operate equipment efficiently.

Service Deliverables

You will ensure timely delivery of services to meet customer satisfaction standards.

Efficiency and Productivity

You will strive to maximize output while minimizing costs and completing installations within committed time frames.

Revenue Growth

You will contribute to service revenue growth through initiatives such as volume growth and inventory management.

Availability and Travel

You may be required to work in a 24x7 environment and travel extensively to support customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Technical Expertise

You must have excellent technical knowledge of Konica Minolta Production printers and related software and hardware.

Communication Skills

You must have strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.

Problem-solving Skills

You must be able to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
