Technical Specialist Position

The role of a Technical Specialist is to ensure the smooth operation and functionality of electronic weighbridges at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Commissioning:
    • Ensure that all equipment is installed and commissioned correctly, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
  • Technical Support:
    • Provide expert technical assistance to customers via phone or email, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • BUILD AND MAINTAIN RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS TO ENSURE THEIR SATISFACTION.
  • Troubleshooting and Repair:
    • Identify and resolve technical issues with the weighbridge system, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
  • Service Calls and Telephonic Support:
    • RESPOND TO SERVICE CALLS FROM CUSTOMERS IN A TIMELY MANNER.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in electronics and ITI/Diploma in relevant field. Good communication skills and ability to work independently are essential.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in service engineering, good knowledge of software systems, and proficiency in languages like Python, Java, and C++ would be an added advantage.
