Oracle Technical Support Sales Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Technical Support professional to manage issue resolutions and customization enhancements in live Oracle EBS business flows.

This role involves troubleshooting production issues across various Oracle EBS layers, implementing effective resolutions, and ensuring seamless support and delivery of high-quality solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing technical support for Oracle EBS R12, with a strong focus on Supply Chain and Manufacturing domains.
  • Managing inbound and outbound interfaces, data extraction, and data load processes.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Mandatory skills and qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Oracle EBS Technical Support R12.
  • Strong understanding of Sales Distribution modules.
  • Proficiency in managing customizations and patches.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
