Job Title:

A Senior Quality Assurance Specialist is required to test Murf's products, ensuring digital accessibility and identifying potential failure points.

This role involves creating test design templates, performing hands-on testing, and collaborating with developers and product managers.

  • Prepare comprehensive test plans and execute testing on short timelines
  • Document test cases and track issues in a centralized platform
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and determine testing scope
  • Collaborate with different functional groups to identify gaps, prioritize, and resolve issues
Key Responsibilities:

Testing and Quality Assurance

As a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for testing Murf's products, including new feature releases and ongoing enhancements. You will work closely with the development team to ensure that our platforms meet digital accessibility standards.

Test Planning and Execution

You will create comprehensive test plans and execute testing on short timelines. This includes preparing test design templates, documenting test cases, and tracking issues in a centralized platform.

Collaboration and Communication

As a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist, you will collaborate with different functional groups, including developers, product managers, and support teams. You will work closely with these teams to understand requirements and determine testing scope.

Issue Resolution and Improvement

You will identify gaps, prioritize, and resolve issues through collaboration with different functional groups. You will also contribute to improving the overall quality of our products by suggesting improvements and best practices.
