Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

A Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for ensuring high performance delivery on all quality parameters. This involves auditing interactions to evaluate product/process, communication and soft skills.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in handling Quality for Outbound Sales accounts and must understand Audit & Coaching processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting audits and providing feedback to improve scores.
  • Participating in calibrations to ensure consistent scoring approach.
  • Making recommendations and driving process improvement.
  • Reducing learning curve and enhancing knowledge of new joiners.
  • Ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Providing real-time support using process knowledge.

Desirable skills include excellent writing and comprehension skills, good verbal communications skills, technical knowledge of English communication, and presentation skills.

Additionally, the candidate should be able to analyze data to generate quantitative analysis and possess industry-specific knowledge.

The successful candidate will be a team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle/analyze data to generate meaningful insights.
