Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of end-to-end RCM processes, with a strong focus on metrics and calculations.
The successful candidate will lead a team of 150+ professionals, driving growth and improving efficiency across the organization. Strong leadership capabilities, including human resource management and goal-oriented strategies, are essential for this role.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative strategies to enhance business delivery.
- Establish a pilot A/R process and devise a strategy to improve collections.
- Understand revenue cycle management and KPIs standards to optimize insurance collection.
- Have a strong understanding of downstream revenue cycle offices, including Payment Posting, AR Followup/Denial Management, and Patient Billing.
- Understand the unique characteristics of various provider specialties.
- Ensure that the portfolio meets client and internal company performance benchmarks.
- Develop the management capabilities and business acumen of direct reporters, and drive team development, ensuring full and well-rounded team competency.
- Execute organizational policies, processes, and procedures.
- Demonstrate leadership skills with experience managing teams.
- Excel in verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Perform annual performance reviews and appraisals, and be proficient in Excel and PowerPoint to create weekly reports and dashboards for internal management and clients.
- Have strong people management skills and a fair understanding of techniques to create win-win situations.
- Focus on customer service and employee retention.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 14+ years of experience in End-to-End RCM Process, with in-depth knowledge of metrics and calculations.
- Prior experience as Associate Director or minimum 2 years as Senior Manager.
- Experience leading a team of 150+ professionals.
- Leadership capabilities, including the ability to organize and manage human resources to achieve goals.
- Willingness to work night shifts.
- Expertise in MS Office tools, such as PowerPoint and Excel.
