- Lead client-set analysis to identify high-potential segments, assess competitive positioning, and shape targeted growth strategies.
- Own revenue analytics by building and managing dashboards and KPIs that track pipeline health, conversion rates, forecasting accuracy, and overall sales performance.
- Analyze pipeline data, client behavior, market trends, and historical performance to inform revenue planning and business decisions.
- Champion CRM discipline and optimize adoption of tools like HubSpot to strengthen pipeline visibility, sales efficiency, and data integrity.
- Identify and lead initiatives for process automation and workflow optimization that directly improve sales velocity and go-to-market execution.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively partner with cross-functional teams.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools.
