Senior Business Development Manager

Job Description:

The role of a Senior Business Development Manager involves creating and implementing business growth strategies through strategic partnerships with national and regional influencers.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Executing business partnerships to deliver revenue and expand market reach
  • Sourcing, documenting, negotiating, and initiating business partnerships
  • Ensuring timely business settlements and monitoring partner health
  • Stakeholder management and analytical skills are essential for success in this role

Core Responsibilities:

The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business delivery through daily engagement with internal channel members. This includes the following key tasks:

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for all partners and prospects
  • Accountable for interfacing with Compliance, Legal, Finance, SPU, etc

People Management Responsibilities:

The Senior Business Development Manager will also be responsible for organizing regular training on products, processes, and competition benchmarking for the Trade & Forex business in the Retail segment. This includes bridging between Sales and product teams for product feedback, issues, and resolutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of business development principles and practices. They should possess excellent stakeholder management and analytical skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
