Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Sales Growth Strategist to drive revenue expansion by identifying and closing sales opportunities in the software industry.
About the RoleIn this key position, you will engage with prospective customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored software solutions to meet their business challenges.
Main Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to target potential customers and close deals.
- Client Engagement: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase software capabilities. Build strong relationships with clients and prospects through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal. Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and contracts tailored to client needs, collaborating with technical teams to address customer queries and objections.
- Market Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's software offerings and features, providing feedback to the product development team based on customer insights.
- Performance Tracking: Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Regularly update sales activities and outcomes in CRM systems, analyzing sales performance and preparing reports for management review.
This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, 25 years of experience in software sales or a related field, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
