As a seasoned Business Growth Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue expansion and market share growth. You will identify new business opportunities, establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, and develop and execute growth strategies that align with the company's vision.
Key responsibilities include:
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, actively seeking out potential clients, industries, and markets to drive business growth.
- Client Relationship Management: Establish, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Conduct thorough research to understand market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform business decisions and strategic initiatives.
- Growth Strategy Development and Implementation: Develop and execute growth strategies that align with the company's vision, driving revenue and market share expansion.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Oversee and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring all leads are tracked, nurtured, and moved through the sales process efficiently.
- Negotiations and Deal Closures: Lead negotiations, address client concerns, and close business deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Proven track record of success in business development and sales leadership.
