About THRYL:
THRYL is a social-gaming and esports super-app for Gen-Z, unifying casual games, tournaments, live streaming, and ethical rewards. We are scaling a multi-pillar monetization engine across ads, offerwall, brand sponsorships, creator spend, and user-pay products (micro-subs, passes, tips).
We are seeking an experienced executive to lead our revenue growth and build a high-performing monetization organization.
Key Responsibilities- Define Revenue Growth Strategy: Develop annual/quarterly revenue targets and contribution mix by channel and surface (games, tournaments, live streams, community).
- Pricing and Discount Management: Create pricing, packaging, and discount guardrails; approve non-standard deals and sponsorship constructs.
- Revenue Forecasting and Reporting: Own revenue forecasting, scenario plans, and board-ready reporting with Finance.
- Leadership Experience: 10-15 years in mobile gaming/consumer apps/adtech/OTT with direct revenue ownership and team leadership.
- Ad Monetization Expertise: Proven expertise in ad monetization (mediation, bidding, floors, brand safety) and/or offerwall economics at scale.
- Sales Leadership: Strong track record of enterprise sales leadership: pipeline design, negotiations, renewals, and narrative selling.
- Data Fluency: Deep understanding of data analysis: cohorting, LTV/CAC models, experimentation, pricing science.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong ability to work across functions: Product, Data, Studio, Finance, Legal, Creator Partnerships.
