
Revenue Growth Strategist

Role Summary:
You will lead the development of a comprehensive monetization strategy, ensuring revenue growth and profitability for our business. This involves defining annual and quarterly revenue targets, creating pricing and packaging strategies, and managing relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- 1) Monetization Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute a robust monetization strategy, aligning with business objectives and market trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create data-driven pricing and packaging models.
- Lead the planning and execution of quarterly business reviews, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- 2) Ads, Mediation & Offerwall Management
- Manage relationships with ad networks, mediation partners, and offerwall providers to optimize revenue streams.
- Set floors, auction/bidding strategies, ad stack tests, placement design, frequency caps, and latency SLAs.
- Drive reward sizing, RV completion, and offerwall conversion through A/B testing and in-product UX improvements.
- 3) Brand Partnerships & Sponsorships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with endemic and non-endemic brands, negotiating media kits, rate cards, and IO templates.
- Lead a sales team, focusing on pipeline coverage, deal reviews, and CRM hygiene.
- Ensure seamless execution with internal teams and produce ROI-positive case studies.
- 4) Creator & Community Monetization
- Design and implement creator rev-share programs, season/campaign passes, and affiliate/campus monetization strategies.
- Partner with Data to develop source-of-truth dashboards for key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Run a rigorous experimentation roadmap with clear success criteria and rollout playbooks.
- 5) Revenue Ops, Data & Experimentation
- Oversee invoicing, collections, and revenue recognition processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Standardize MSAs/IOs/rev-share addenda with Legal and maintain audit-ready documentation.
- 6) Compliance, Policy & Brand Safety
- Institutionalize brand-safety, IVT/fraud checks, age gating, and publisher policy compliance.
- Develop and enforce policies for revenue operations, data management, and experimentation.
- 10–15 years in mobile gaming/consumer apps/adtech/OTT with direct revenue ownership and team leadership.
- Expert in ad monetization (mediation, bidding, floors, brand safety) and/or offerwall economics at scale.
- Proven enterprise sales leadership: pipeline design, negotiations, renewals, and narrative selling.
- Deep data fluency: cohorting, LTV/CAC models, experimentation, pricing science.
- Strong cross-functional operator: Product, Data, Studio, Finance, Legal, Creator Partnerships.
